What will be included in the official pricing (released February 1, 2019):

-3 night stay at Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center

-3 day passes for the 2020 Essence Festival day events

-3 day passes for the 2020 Essence Festival concert series, 100 level or better seats in the Superdome

-iTravel2Getaway Gift Bag (including an iTravel2Getaway special NOLA Edition t-shirt)

-Entrance into the iTravel2Getaway welcome meet and greet party (please wear your iTravel2Getaway t-shirts)

-1 year subscription to Essence Magazine per household

-All taxes and fees associated with the list above.

Not included:

-Flights or any transportation to New Orleans (if you require flights, add-on flights in a separate listing)

-Travel Insurance (can be added on at $72/person).

-Ground transfers around New Orleans

-Food / Drinks

-Any parties outside of the iTravel2Getaway welcome meet and greet party

-Alcoholic beverages

Guests must be able to do all 3 days. There are no price adjustments for different days. All payments and deposits are non - refundable.

Price to hold your spot for the 2020 Essence Festival is nonrefundable, but it will go towards your final pricing, once you set up automatic your monthly payment plan in February 2019.
