SECTION 1

NON-RESPONSIBILITY

iTravel2Getaway, Inc. acts solely as an independent travel advisor and retail travel agency. We arrange travel services on behalf of independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, rail carriers, tour operators, destination management companies, excursion providers, transportation companies, travel insurance providers, and other travel vendors.

iTravel2Getaway does not own, control, manage, operate, supervise, or maintain any airline, hotel, resort, cruise ship, transportation company, excursion, or travel service offered through our agency. All transportation, accommodations, excursions, meals, and travel-related services are provided solely by independent suppliers. Because these services are supplied by independent third parties, iTravel2Getaway cannot and does not guarantee the performance, safety, quality, availability, pricing, scheduling, accommodations, facilities, or services provided by any supplier.

Accordingly, iTravel2Getaway shall not be liable for any injury, death, illness, property damage, financial loss, delay, inconvenience, overbooking, cancellation, bankruptcy, supplier insolvency, schedule change, labor dispute, strike, mechanical failure, missed connection, baggage loss, governmental action, weather event, civil unrest, epidemic, pandemic, terrorism, or any other act or omission of any supplier or third party beyond our reasonable control.

Our sole responsibility is limited to arranging travel services requested by the Client. Once reservations have been confirmed with a supplier, all travel services become subject to that supplier's individual terms, conditions, and policies.Any legal claims arising from services provided by a supplier shall be directed solely against the applicable supplier and not against iTravel2Getaway, Inc.

SECTION 2

QUOTES, PRICING, & AVAILABILITY

All quotations provided byiTravel2Getaway, Inc. are based on pricing, availability, exchange rates, taxes, government fees, fuel surcharges, and supplier information available at the time the quote is prepared. Quotes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received, the reservation has been confirmed by the applicable supplier(s), and written confirmation has been issued by iTravel2Getaway.

Travel pricing is dynamic and subject to change without notice. Airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, and other suppliers may increase or decrease prices at any time prior to confirmation. Until a deposit has been received and your reservation has been confirmed, pricing, accommodations, promotional offers, airfare, and availability remain subject to change.

International travel pricing may also be affected by fluctuations in currency exchange rates, fuel costs, taxes, government-imposed fees, tourism levies, supplier surcharges, and changes in operational expenses. Any such increases occurring prior to final confirmation may result in an adjustment to your quoted vacation package.

Quoted prices are valid only for the specific dates, occupancy, destinations, room categories, airlines, and services identified in your proposal. Any modification requested by the Client—including but not limited to changes in travel dates, departure city, destination, resort, room category, occupancy, transportation, excursions, or traveler names—may result in revised pricing and additional supplier-imposed fees.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all quotations expire seven (7) calendar days after issuance. Promotional pricing, supplier sales, and limited-time offers may expire sooner without notice.

If a supplier increases the cost of airfare, accommodations, transfers, excursions, taxes, or other travel components before your reservation is confirmed, the Client shall be responsible for the increased cost or may decline to proceed with the reservation.

Although every effort is made toensure pricing accuracy, iTravel2Getaway reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, calculation errors, supplier pricing errors, promotional errors, or system errors prior to final confirmation.

If an error is discovered, the Client will be notified and may either:
Accept the corrected pricing;
Select an alternate travel option;
Cancel the requested reservation prior to confirmation without penalty.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after:
The required deposit has been received;
The supplier has accepted and confirmed the reservation;
iTravel2Getaway has issued written confirmation to the Client.

No verbal quote, email estimate, social media message, website pricing, advertisement, proposal, or itinerary shall constitute a guaranteed price until all confirmation requirements have been satisfied.

The Client acknowledges that airfare is particularly volatile and may change multiple times per day.

iTravel2Getaway is not responsible for airfare increases occurring before airline tickets have been issued.

The Client further understands that supplier inventory may sell out prior to booking. If a selected accommodation, airfare, excursion, or package becomes unavailable, iTravel2Getaway will use reasonable efforts to identify comparable alternatives. Any resulting price differences shall be the responsibility of the Client.

SECTION 3

BOOKING, DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS & PAYMENT PLANS

A reservation is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received, payment has been successfully processed, and written confirmation has been issued by iTravel2Getaway, Inc. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee pricing, availability, or confirmation until accepted by the applicable supplier(s).

Deposits

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the following non-refundable and non-transferable deposits are required at the time of booking. Deposit amounts may vary and will be specified in the applicable trip proposal, booking page, or promotional  materials. Deposits are applied toward the total vacation package price unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment of a deposit reserves your space only and does not guarantee airfare, promotional pricing, room category, excursions, or other travel components until confirmed by the applicable supplier(s).

Payment Plans

Eligible reservations may be placed on a 50/50, monthly or biweekly automatic payment plan at the discretion of iTravel2Getaway.

Available payment options include:
50/50 Payment plan (50% due upon booking, 50% due 60 days before departure)
Monthly Automatic Payments
Biweekly Automatic Payments

All payment plans require the Client to maintain a valid payment method on file and authorize iTravel2Getaway to automatically process scheduled payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

Clients opting for a biweekly payment plan acknowledge and agree that a 3.5% payment plan administration fee will be added to the total vacation package price. This fee covers payment processing costs, administrative services, and management of the payment schedule and is non-refundable.

Payment schedules are calculated based on the travel departure date and are established at the time of booking.

Clients may request a change to a scheduled payment date by submitting a written request to info@itravel2getaway.com at least five (5) calendar days before the next scheduled payment. Approval of any payment schedule modification is at the sole discretion of iTravel2Getaway and is not guaranteed.

Clients may make additional payments toward their vacation balance at any time without penalty. Voluntary additional payments will reduce the outstanding balance but will not automatically recalculate, reduce, postpone, or eliminate future scheduled payments. Any modification to the remaining payment schedule must beapproved in writing by iTravel2Getaway. Unless such approval is provided, all originally scheduled automatic payments will continue as agreed.

Failure to maintain valid payment information or update expired payment methods does not relieve the Client of their payment obligations under this Agreement.

Final Payment

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the remaining balance for all reservations must be paid in full no later than sixty (60) days prior to departure.

Reservations booked within sixty (60) days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the final payment deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and the assessment of all applicable supplier cancellation penalties.

Late Payments

A ten (10) calendar day grace period is provided following each scheduled payment due date.

Payments not received by 11:59PM Eastern Time on the tenth (10th) calendar day will be assessed as a $100 late fee per booking.

If any scheduled payment remainsunpaid for twenty-five (25) calendar days after its due date, iTravel2Getaway reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.

Any cancellation resulting from non-payment shall remain subject to all supplier cancellation penalties. All deposits, payments, fees, and applicable charges remain non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by law or expressly authorized by the applicable supplier.

If cancellation of one traveler results in a repricing of the reservation or increased costs for the remaining travelers, those additional costs shall be the sole responsibility of the remaining travelers.

Returned Payments

Any payment returned by a financial institution due to insufficient funds, a closed account, a stop payment, a declined transaction, or any other reason shall be subject to a $50 Returned Payment Fee, in addition to any fees assessed by the Client's financial institution.

Returned payments do not extend payment deadlines, waive late fees, or reinstate canceled reservations.

Credit Card & Payment Authorization

By providing a credit card, debit card, ACH information, or any other payment method, the Client certifies that they are the authorized account holder or have the account holder's authorization to use the payment method provided. The Client authorizes iTravel2Getaway to process all approved deposits, scheduled payment plan installments, final payments, supplier-imposed charges, approved modifications, applicable administrative fees, late fees, returned payment fees, and any other charges authorized under this Agreement.

Payment Default

If any payment is declined, disputed, reversed, charged back, or otherwise remains unpaid, iTravel2Getaway reserves the right to:

Suspend all future booking activity;
Refuse additional travel planning services;
Cancel the reservation in accordance with supplier policies;
Assess all applicable fees permitted under this Agreement;
Require future payments to be made by certified funds or another approved payment method;
Pursue collection of any unpaid balance, including reasonable collection costs and attorneys' fees where permitted by law.

The Client's payment obligations survive cancellation of the reservation to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and supplier agreements.

SECTION 4

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS

All travel reservations arranged through iTravel2Getaway are subject to the cancellation, change, and refund policies of the applicable travel supplier(s). By booking with iTravel2Getaway, you acknowledge that cancellation penalties may apply immediately upon booking and typically increase as your travel date approaches.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the primary traveler to info@itravel2getaway.com.

A cancellation request is considered received only after written acknowledgment from iTravel2Getaway.

Verbal requests, telephone calls, text messages, social media messages, or requests submitted through third parties will not be accepted.

The effective date of cancellation shall be the date the written request is received during normal business hours.

Client Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your reservation for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, family emergency, financial hardship, employment changes, scheduling conflicts, passport or visa issues, weather concerns, government advisories, fear of travel, or any other personal circumstance, you will not receive a refund from iTravel2Getaway.

All deposits, payments, travel planning fees, payment plan administration fees, service fees, late fees, returned payment fees, taxes, and any other amounts paid to iTravel2Getaway are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Payments may not be transferred to another traveler, another reservation, another destination, or another travel date unless expressly approved in writing by iTravel2Getaway.

Supplier Refunds

In certain circumstances, a travel supplier may voluntarily issue a refund, future travel credit, or travel voucher in accordance with its own terms and conditions.

Any refund or credit issued by a supplier is solely at the supplier's discretion. iTravel2Getaway has no authority to require a supplier to issue a refund and makes no guarantee that any supplier will do so.

If a supplier returns recoverable funds to iTravel2Getaway on the traveler's behalf, those funds will be forwarded to the traveler, less any non-refundable fees earned by iTravel2Getaway and any amounts retained by the supplier, where permitted by law.

Changes Requested by the Traveler

Any request to modify a confirmed reservation—including but not limited to travel dates, destinations, accommodations, flights, room categories, excursions, transportation, or traveler information—is subject to supplier approval and availability, and must be made in writing to info@itravel2getaway.com.

Approved changes may result in:
Additional supplier fees or penalties;
Increased pricing;
Loss of promotional rates or discounts;
Repricing of the reservation;
Additional deposits; and
Administrative fees charged by iTravel2Getaway, where applicable.

iTravel2Getaway does not guarantee that requested changes can be accommodated.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive for a scheduled flight, hotel stay, cruise, transfer, excursion, or other booked travel service without prior cancellation may be considered a no-show by the supplier.

No-show reservations are 100% non-refundable, and neither the supplier nor iTravel2Getaway is obligated to provide a refund, travel credit, or replacement services.

Cancellation by iTravel2Getaway

iTravel2Getaway reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or materially modify any hosted group trip or travel experience due to insufficient participation, supplier cancellations, safety or security concerns, operational requirements, Force Majeure events, government restrictions, or any other circumstance that, in iTravel2Getaway's reasonable judgment, makes it impractical, inadvisable, or impossible to operate the trip as originally planned.

If iTravel2Getaway cancels an entire hosted group trip before travel begins, travelers will be offered one of the following remedies, as determined solely by iTravel2Getaway and subject to supplier policies:
· A refund of recoverable funds;
· A future travel credit; or
· The opportunity to transfer payments toward another iTravel2Getaway hosted group trip or experience.

Any refund shall be limited to amounts recoverable from suppliers and shall not include reimbursement for independently purchased airfare, passport fees, visa fees, vaccinations, transportation, accommodations booked outside of iTravel2Getaway, lost wages, incidental expenses, or any other consequential damages.

This provision applies only when iTravel2Getaway elects to cancel one of its own hosted group trips or experiences. It does not apply to cancellations initiated by the traveler or by independent travel suppliers.

Travel insurance should include, at a minimum:
Trip Cancellation
Trip Interruption
Emergency Medical Coverage
Emergency Medical Evacuation
Baggage Protection
Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR), where available Travel insurance is the traveler's primary financial protection against unforeseen events that may prevent or interrupt travel.
